Hey great stuff! thank you! I love the suggestion for awakening our body … when you mention tuning into our bellies, and how that area can be charged with tension or fear or judgment, or just numb, it’s true … this area is so key … i highly recommend we take time to tune into this area specifically, and cultivate a good relationship with it … there is incredible power located there … one thing we can do to get things moving is abdominal massage … u can try large, deep, clockwise circles, hand over hand over your belly, with some deep breath, while lying down perhaps … as well as, just, while sitting or standing, squeeze your sides/waist area, between the ribs and hips, just take turns squeezing and squishing one side and the other like a sponge … (see video below for demo) … daily massage and stimulation of this area, with deep breathing, both frees energy here, and improves the health of our internal organs … while waking up our center! there is incredible power in the BELLY and CORE (HARA / DAN TIEN) and GUT to be used for healing …bellydancing, breathing, yoga, etc. all great practices …
