Let’s be real, it takes a lot of courage to speak loud enough so people will hear you, especially about
something that can confront our long held patterns and beliefs. I don't want a brownie button for that, I just
want to state the obvious to encourage anyone who can receive it to embrace their calling, to give the gifts they
were born to give, to find the courage to just start. That’s what all this is about for me. To just start already! To
find the courage to “be the change” I know I am. What I have known for 10 years.  And to remind you that you
    are too.

I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on workshops, seminars, retreats, books, gadgets,
crystals; everything you can imagine.  Looked under every rock I could find, prayed and meditated until my face
and shirt were soaking wet with tears.  I have hurt, kicked and stomped on all the people I love, and even the
ones I didn't (just to be thorough :o ) to find some relief from the pain I have felt inside, the pain I know we all
feel inside, to find some answers to the insanity I see in myself and see in the world.

I have not found all the answers. Ok, almost none to tell you the truth save for one. There is one thing I
have found to cut through the mess. One diamond in my pocket that takes me home every time I find the
courage to use it.  And it takes courage.  More than I ever thought I needed or had.  I believe it can help you too.
That’s why I'm here, to share this one thing I have come to value over all else.
I call it, “Tell The Truth and Feel Your Feelings”.

                                                       Luke: What's in there?
Yoda: Only what you take with you.

Yes. Tell the truth, about everyone and everything, all the time, and face the fears and feelings that come
up.  What does your mind do with that statement?  Is it freaking you out even just a little?  “Why the hell would I
want to subject myself to that?  Life is hard enough already!”  you might say.  I have come to find that not telling
the truth IS what makes life hard.  Avoiding what is so, and the feelings we have about what is so, is where
pain and suffering originate.  But then, we already know this don’t we? If we look inside, we already know how
we are causing a majority of our suffering…

“Unfortunately no one can be told what the matrix is; you have to see it for yourself.” –Morpheus

What is truth anyway?  What is the right source to get it from?  Where is that source? And who keeps
    moving it!?

I’m not here to tell you the truth. I don’t know what that is for you. I’m here to assist in the awesome
journey of finding it inside. Or rather, to assist in the awesome journey of uncovering what is already in you.
There is a place where there are no more questions, no more need, no more confusion, no more struggle-
anguish-anxiety-frustration and torment. And, most importantly, no more loneliness…

I’ll be honest. I don’t live there all the time. Every day is a journey back to that place. But I’m getting
closer every day. Come with me and see what you can find for yourself.  It is possible to directly experience the
Truth.  You won’t have to believe, wishful think, stay positive or have faith.  You can experience the essence of
who you are. You may already know this…but chances are, it’s still illusive, like a greased pig.  That’s why we
need each other, to keep opening our awareness, to keep seeing more clearly – so we can Love more dearly.
To me, it’s the most fun you can have on this little blue planet.

I did not believe Jesus, or the Buddha, or any source of information regarding what I have found inside
until my own suffering became too great to ignore and I realized I was not going to find it by making everyone
else around me miserable or wallowing in self destructive patterns or intellectually debating philosophies
and belief systems. This pain could not, and cannot be eased in any real and lasting way by anything I have
found outside of myself, in the material world.  Believe me, I have tried!  I have a feeling you have too.  I am
willing to bet you have put a large amount of your personal energy and resources to finding some way to feel
    Ok in this life.

I have found that indeed, in any situation, under any circumstance, Peace Can Be.
“Telling The Truth and Feeling My Feelings” is one way.  This site is dedicated to deliver that message as
clearly as I can. Through this one idea I have transformed my life, and continue to transform, limited only by
the amount of courage that can be summoned to face my fears and say what is so; tell the truth, and feel the
feelings I was avoiding by not telling the truth.

Thanks so much for coming to this site and reading so far
down the page!  With all my heart I hope you find something
useful here that can help you on your journey and I know you will
teach me a thing or two along the way...

    Peace can be,
    Robby
